There's no single answer to "how much does painting cost in Bodrum?" Two painters can quote very differently for the same house — usually because of what's included, not the labour rate.
What affects the price
- Area — usually wall and ceiling square metres; ask whether they use floor area or actual painted surface.
- Preparation — filling, sanding, crack and damp repair take the most time.
- Paint brand and type — washable, eggshell or antibacterial paints cost more.
- Coats — dark-to-light colour changes may need more than two.
- Ceilings and stairwells — height means scaffolding or extra kit.
