What we process: account details (name, phone, email, profile, photos, encrypted password), job requests (name, phone, email, description, area, photos), reviews (name — may be shortened; phone for verification only, never published), job listings, messages you send us, and security logs (IP address). Visitor statistics are anonymous.

Why: to provide the directory and member accounts (contract), to forward job requests to relevant pros (your consent), to verify reviews and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), to answer complaints and meet legal obligations (Law No. 5651).

Who receives it: relevant pros (job requests, with your consent); our hosting, database, storage and email providers, whose servers may be located in the EU or USA, under appropriate safeguards (standard contracts) as required by Article 9; and authorities where legally required.

Retention: for the life of your account, then for statutory limitation periods with restricted access; job requests and listings 2 years after closing; security logs as required by law.

Your rights (Article 11): access, correction, deletion, objection and compensation. Write to [not provided] from your registered email address; we answer within 30 days free of charge. You may complain to the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
