Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of bodrumustalari.com ("the Site"), operated by [not provided], Bodrum, Muğla. By using the Site you accept them.

1. The service

Bodrum Ustaları is a directory that connects customers with local tradespeople and businesses, acting as a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651. We are not a party to any agreement between customers and pros; scope, price, quality, timing, warranty and payment are agreed between them. We do not verify licences, insurance or tax registration and do not take or process payments.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or over and register with accurate details. You are responsible for your account security. False or misleading accounts may be suspended or removed.

3. Pros and businesses

Pros warrant that their profile details are accurate, that they hold the qualifications, permits and registrations required for their services, that they own the content they upload, that they will not post fake reviews and that they will honour any discounts or campaigns they publish.

4. Badges

"Verified" only means a phone number or document was checked at a certain date. The "Yarımada Ustası" badge is a programme membership; partner discounts are offered by the businesses. Badges are not a guarantee or recommendation.

5. Reviews, requests, listings, ads

Reviews must be genuine and follow our Review Guidelines. Job requests share your contact details with relevant pros with your consent. Job listings must not discriminate. Areas marked "Ad" or "Sponsored" are paid advertising; advertisers are responsible for their content.

6. Reporting content

Report unlawful content via Content Removal. As a hosting provider we are not obliged to monitor content in advance, but we review reports and remove unlawful content.

7. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for services provided by listed pros, disputes between users, user content, ads or third-party links, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Law and jurisdiction

Turkish law applies. Bodrum courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' statutory rights.
